Invite guests in women's bodies for a sharing circle. We can discuss what is coming up for them, questions they may have and more in a trauma-informed, safe-enough container.

Great for guests on the nervous/anxious side of things. Invite your guests to learn different ways to regulate their nervous system and support themselves.
