November 30, 2023: Let’s Get Social!

Looking to meet and mingle with open-minded individuals in the sex positive, queer, and non-monogamous communities? Look no further than the Sex Positive Social in YYC! After a 3-year hiatus, this monthly event is BACK and better than ever.

Join us on November 30th for our first event, Let's Get Social! This is your chance to connect with others who desire to expand their community and meet open-minded folks. Our safe and friendly setting provides the perfect opportunity to be yourself and get to know others outside of traditional venues like adult xxx clubs, kink events, dungeons and larger events like takeovers that can sometimes be overwhelming.

At the Sex Positive Social, we're all about networking and community building. This event is designed to help you meet and connect with other individuals who share your values and interests. Whether you're looking to expand your social circle or learn more about the queer, non-monogamous, and sex positive communities, we've got you covered. All we ask is that you arrive with an open mind and don’t yuck someone’s yum!

But that's not all - we're also excited to announce a special offering for this event: a community art project! This is your chance to tap into your body and express your thoughts and feelings about sex positivity, erotica, kink, and sexuality. We'll provide a large poster board and a selection of items to draw and color, along with prompts to help you share your voice and vision. It's a fun and creative way to connect with others and contribute to our community.

In addition to mingling and connecting with other attendees, Little Shop of Pleasures will have a booth set up for folks to explore different toys and items to see if anything catches their eye. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the products and services available to the sex positive community.

We are also asking guests to bring unopen boxes of menstrual hygiene products. These will be donated to the We Are Maud Foundation supporting period poverty.
