This immersive 4-hour workshop is designed for couples who want to slow down, get curious, and discover the hidden pathways of arousal in the body. With a blend of hands-on practices, live demonstrations, science-based teaching, and guided partner exercises, you’ll leave feeling more connected, more confident, and more turned on by each other.
What You'll Experience:
Pleasure Mapping Practices
Learn the 11 key erogenous zones and how to explore them with your partner. Discover how light, firm, teasing, and intentional touch can awaken new sensations and expand your pleasure potential.
Live Demonstration & Partner Exercises
Watch a guided demo, then practice together in a safe, supportive space. You’ll learn how to give and receive touch in ways that feel attuned, consensual, and deeply sensual.
Sex Counselling Insights
Julie brings her expertise as a sex therapist and occupational therapist, offering practical strategies for common challenges like vaginal dryness, painful sex, low desire, erection control, and intimacy blocks.
Tools for Communication & Boundaries
Learn how to tune into your own desires, clearly express boundaries, and create space for hotter, more confident intimacy.
Connection Rituals
Close the day with a guided ritual to integrate your learning and bring it back into your relationship.

Taara is a certified practitioner with The Institute for the Study of Somatic Sex Education and a certified "Like a Pro" graduate with the School of Consent. She specializes in helping individuals and couples reconnect to their bodies, explore their desires, and deepen intimacy through experiential practices. Her approach blends sensual exploration, trauma-informed tools, and playful curiosity.
Julie Munch is a registered Occupational Therapist who specializes in intimacy counselling and sexual wellness. With a background in both physical and emotional health, she helps individuals and couples reconnect with their bodies, deepen their relationships, and explore what intimacy truly means to them. Her work focuses on vaginal health, erectile function, intimacy beyond the bedroom, and guiding people to embrace their sexuality with confidence and curiosity. Passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces, Julie empowers couples to strengthen connection, rediscover pleasure, and build a fulfilling intimate life both inside and outside of the bedroom.
The Space
We will have a dedicated private space for couples to relax and be comfortable and a kitchen attached for refreshments and snacks. There is free parking around the building on side streets.
